This policy sets expectations for using Modern Brand Studio’s sites, services, and related systems. It should be reviewed alongside the Terms of Use.

Do not cause harm

You may not use the site or services to distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, illegal content, hate or harassment, exploitative content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. You may not interfere with security, availability, or other people’s use of the systems.

Protect your accounts

Keep access credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account or project has been compromised. Do not share an account with someone who has not been authorized.

Respect intellectual property

Only submit materials you own or have permission to use. Do not attempt to remove attribution, ownership notices, or technical restrictions from materials you do not own.

Report a concern

Send a notice to [email protected]. Include the URL or project name, a description of the concern, and any relevant evidence. We may need to limit access while we investigate a credible report.
